A nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 secures the pricing at the time of order and reserves a spot in my build schedule. For special order tone woods like Brazilian Rosewood, a larger deposit may be required. The typical construction period is approximately 6 months, depending on current workload.

You can try out your instrument for 5 days. If, for any reason, you decide it's not suitable, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, less your $1,000 deposit and shipping costs. The refund will be issued upon resale. This offer does not apply if the instrument features highly personalized inlays, a multi-string configuration, wide neck, or other customizations that make it difficult to resell.

There is a 3.8% surcharge for all PayPal or Square transactions.

​Warranty

​I offer a limited lifetime warranty on all my instruments to the original purchaser as long as I am still building instruments. This warranty is nontransferable and does not include normal wear and tear, improper heat or humidity, neglect, damage or accident. The warranty includes any defect in workmanship.
